You leave your device with us, we diagnose the fault and you approve the quote. No work is carried out without your approval.

    Carried out in our workshop, free of charge and with no obligation. We identify the actual fault, not just the symptom.

    Quote

    Fixed price, detailed parts and a confirmed turnaround time. If you do not approve the quote, your device is returned unchanged.

    Repair

    The repair is carried out by an assigned technician using traceable parts recorded in your file.

    Testing and return

    Complete functional testing, cleaning and return of your device with a 12-month warranty.

How long does a repair take ?
Most screen and battery replacements are completed in less than an hour. A motherboard repair or data recovery requires more time: an estimated turnaround time will be provided when your quote is prepared.
Is the diagnosis chargeable ?
No. The diagnosis and quote are free of charge and without obligation. The diagnosis is generally completed within 24 hours; some more complex issues may require additional time. In all cases, we keep you informed at every stage. If you do not approve the quote, your device will be returned to you in the same condition in which it was entrusted to us.
Will my data be preserved during the repair ?
Yes. Your device is never reset and its content is not accessed. If a repair involves any risk to your data, you will be informed before the work begins.
What parts do you use ?
We use original parts or certified equivalent-quality parts, with a choice between two ranges: Premium or Original. The selected range is clearly indicated on your quote. Regardless of the part installed, the repair is covered by a 12-month warranty on parts and labour.
Do you repair water-damaged devices ?
Yes, this is one of our specialities. We perform ultrasonic cleaning to remove oxidation, followed by the repair of damaged tracks and components on the motherboard. The sooner we receive the device, the greater the chances of a full recovery. In the meantime, do not charge it and avoid using rice, as it has no real effectiveness. Do you take back my old device ?
Yes, we offer trade-ins or direct purchases depending on its condition, with the value deducted immediately from the purchase of a refurbished smartphone covered by a 12-month warranty.
