A repair workshop born in Strasbourg
Rétina Concept opened its doors at 6 rue du Parchemin with one simple idea: to provide everyone with a reliable, fast and accessible repair service, in a welcoming environment where we take the time to listen before taking action.
Every day, we repair the devices our customers rely on: iPhones and Android smartphones, iPads and tablets, MacBooks and PCs, gaming consoles and smartwatches. A cracked screen, a battery that no longer holds a charge, a faulty charging port or a computer that's become slow. Most repairs are completed the same day, sometimes in as little as one hour with an appointment.
Over the years, our workshop has invested in advanced equipment to tackle more complex repairs when needed: micro-soldering stations, stereo microscopes and thermal imaging. Today, this allows us to handle cases that few repair shops take on, such as data recovery from a water-damaged phone or a MacBook with an SSD soldered directly onto the motherboard. We also use this expertise to refurbish the smartphones ourselves that we offer for sale, and to support businesses and institutions in managing and maintaining their devices.
