Computer problems we repair
All brands: Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI and Microsoft Surface. Laptops, all-in-one computers and desktop PCs. If your issue isn't listed here, it may be motherboard-related — and we have the expertise to fix it.
Broken screen or faulty display
Cracked screens, vertical lines, failed backlighting or damaged hinges.
Battery draining too quickly
Poor battery life or a swollen battery deforming the casing. Battery cycles and health checked.
Faulty keyboard or unresponsive keys
Keys that no longer respond, repeated characters when typing or a trackpad that no longer clicks.
Slow computer
SSD upgrades, additional RAM and system cleaning. Your files are transferred safely.
Computer won't turn on
Power supply, charging circuit or motherboard: electrical testing before providing a quote.
Liquid damage
Immediate disassembly, oxidation removal and repair of corroded motherboard traces.
Overheating and cooling issues
Noisy fans, slow performance under load or unexpected shutdowns.
Damaged charging port
Loose USB-C, MagSafe or audio jack connectors repaired with precision micro-soldering.
MacBook and iMac Repair
A Mac isn't disassembled like a PC. Batteries bonded to the chassis, delicate display cables, SSDs soldered to the motherboard on recent models, keyboards integrated into the top case: every generation presents its own challenges, and replacing an entire assembly can often cost as much as the device itself.
This is precisely where component-level repair makes all the difference. We repair MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, iMac and Mac mini, including Apple Silicon models, and recover data even when the SSD is soldered directly onto the motherboard.
Need to keep working while your device is being repaired? A loan computer may be provided, subject to availability.

What if repairing your computer isn't the best option?
After diagnosis, repairing a PC or Mac may no longer be financially worthwhile: a faulty motherboard, multiple issues, excessively high repair costs or a computer that no longer meets your needs.
In this case, we offer a practical alternative: trade in your old computer, even if it's faulty, and have its value deducted directly from the purchase price of a new, refurbished or pre-owned PC or Mac.
30 minutes
Our technicians assess your computer in-store based on its overall condition, components, functionality and trade-in value.
